| NO LATE SEATING and NO
REFUNDS We CANNOT seat latecomers at Metropolitan productions because doing so requires crossing the stage to acquire seats. It is both disrespectful and unsafe. There is no standing room as there is no place to stand. Patrons who arrive after curtain will be seated at intermission. Ticket purchases CANNOT be refunded should patrons arrive late or cancel their plans. When we sell an admission, we hold a place for the purchaser, and we take that place out of circulation for anyone else who may wish to buy it. That means we cannot make up for the cost if its purchaser does not use it. Thank you for your understanding. It is Metropolitan's size that makes it a special place to experience a production. |

If a
performance is marked "Sold Out,"
all available spaces for the performance
have been purchased. However,
we encourage you to add your name to our waiting
list.
Why?
Because we will call
you if we get cancellations so you can buy. And even if we get no cancellation, patrons who have purchased in advance do not always make the show. You know how it is. We will not know about them until curtain time, but it is almost always worth the effort! We have a very good record of admitting everyone who shows (by curtain time).
